2013 Yamaha 300 LF300XCA

Throttle

My starboard engine throttles up to about 2800 rpm then doesn’t go any further. I can Floor the throttle and it remains at 2800 rpm
I dont Know if it’s coincidence but my mechanic just repairs my tilt trim on the same engine.

Any help would be appreciated.

My 90 hp Yamaha would only go 2600 rpm ended up being the cdi unit on my 90 it controlled the middle cylinder.
