2012 Mercury 90 four stroke

Get a five or six beep alarm after running for a few minutes. Have replaced the water pump, thermostat, and can see the motor "Peeing" just fine. Once it alarms, the motor does not get above around 4,200 RPM's and runs rough.

it goes to safe mode for a reason, example is more than 1/2 stick oil level, what happens the oil creates foams and some how triggers oil alarm,
Also if you get beeps, do google what that code means. There is a number of reasons why the motor creeping rpms
