I own a 2011 25hp Yamaha 4 stroke.the problem is the pilot light assembly doesn't light up briefly after starting the engine.its a manual start has no starter or battery.i tried to test the connector that goes to the cdi.no voltage or continuity.i serviced the engine including thermostat oil pressure switch and thermosensor.it don't get hot through the tell tale and always shows good oil level on dip stick so I figure it's wiring related.i was hoping to find anyone with the same problem and what or how to test the system.im far away from a Yamaha dealer and would appreciate any information or the fix.
