First time out this year and motor ran fine. When I got ready to leave motor went into limp mode (maxed out at 2000 rpm) and 4 beeps every 2 minutes alarm went off. Got home, filled boat oil tank, put motor muffs on and cranked. Then allowed engine oil tank to overflow, capped, and audible alarm stopped. Next time out there was no alarm but engine would still just top out at 2000 rpm. Have also notice engine oil tank level dropped about 3/4 in. Engine cranks fine and runs fine but will not exceed 2000 rpm.
