Hello - my 25hp Mercury tiller handle linkage will not shift into reverse from neutral this spring. Last summer it would stay stuck in forward and not go into neutral or reverse without shutting the motor off. This became dangerous when docking. I would like to know if there is and adjustment or a linkage piece broken.
