Start motor , surges up and down, 5 seconds and one sec on one sec off.
Will run fine at higher rpm’s. No alarms
Wont get over4200 rpm.
Propped correct.
190 psi
Suspect hp pump dieing and o2 sensor.
Runs rich and stinks but have white plugs. Terrible milage
