2006 250 2 stroke saltwater series OX 66

2006 250 2 stroke

Motor runs good at 30 mph for about 9-10 miles. Slowly the speed decreased to 28,25 and so on. Then I was unable to accelerate past about 9 mph. Anything more engine would spit and sputter. I’m thinking fuel issue but unsure. I’ve changed the water/fuel separator with no change. My other issue is the trim. Works fine out of water and works for the first 9-10 mikes the will not trim up. Once I’m back at the boat ramp it trims up perfectly.
