I've got a 2004 suzuki df140 with 400 hrs . I've owned the boat for about 3 months. Had to rebuild vst ,new high pressure fuel pump and new fuel lines. Due to bogging down issue at high rpms. Definitely saved issues. Have been using boat quite a bit . While away in the keys on day 2 of trip motor developed a knocking/clicking noise. Though it was lower unit. Didn't loose any power. No warning lights. Changed lower unit oil and small metal shavings but nothing crazy. Can't get anyone local to look at it for atleast 2-3 weeks. I have a few videos of sound in and out of the water.
