Took boat out for first time , just bought it. 2003 boston whaler sport with 40 hp mercury 2 stroke 2003. The steering is very hard . can someone with little experience do anything to try to fix this issue or is it something you have to take in . I live in Fort Lauderdale so it is hard to get your boat in , at least a 3 week wait I was told.
