We just purchased a 2003 4-stroke 15hp honda outboard. It's starts with one push of the button or one pull if the rope. But keeping it running seems to be an issue. It stalls out. The motor has not been ran in about 2 years looks brand new were wondering if it could be a plugged carberator what kind of service do you suggest we have done or is there something we should try first
