2002 yamaha 90 hp 2 stroke, 3 cylinder

Firing on only the middle (#2) cylinder. Carbs are clean and getting gas. All 3 coils are generating spark. Compression is 100-100-100. Is this thing in "limp mode"? Due to what - temp sensor has not triggered; oil pump problem?

I have a 1998 Yamaha 90hp that did the same thing and i also replaced the gas tank and filter and plugs and coils and did not help. It ended up being the CDI which one of its functions is to send spark to the middle cylinder. The CDI cost just for the part is around $620 and there are no after market parts available. Good Luck
