I purchased this motor used and having an issue with it not reaching max rpms when under load. It gets to 4000 rpms and won't go over that. It sounds like it's not getting enough fuel. Spark and compression are good, tach is correct. Replaced fuel lines, filter and even ran it on a separate gas container to see if it was a fuel problem. Replaced Stator, rectifer, ignition trigger and coils. Carbs are rebuilt and needles are replaced. At a lost to figure out why I'm having this issue.
