I recently sold my 2002 2210 fisher deck boat with 4.3 v6 inboard. The purchaser put in the lake with out install block & water manifold drains. This boat is carburated. He says he had to replace the ECM for $700.00 & now has some flaps? that will cost additional $1200.00 Could anyone tell me if this boat has a ECM or which flaps he may be refering to.
