My starboard outboard won't trim up, but will trim down. Trim motor does not run when trying to trim up but will going down. I have had the batteries checked, swapped all of the relays with the port engine and made sure the connections are clean. I am replacing the power cable and ground from the batteries to the engine because sometimes the engine is slow to start (cranking over slow). But with the engine running and charging system is putting out good voltage, the trim motor still won't run in the up position. Any ideas?
