starts and runs perfect, after warmed up turn it off come back 15 minutes later and wont start if i turn it over for 20 to 30 seconds it will eventually start. seems to be flooded , if i disconect fuel injectors it will start pretty quick. i have cycled the key 3 times and monitored the injectors and they are not leaking by. i believe the fuel regulator is part of the fuel pump assembly wich i replaced a month ago. i did full tune up with no change . any help appreciated before i burn up my starter.
