Engine will not start, no power to the engine block fuse box, fuel pump does not turn on momentarily when ignition is turned on. Before dying, Engine starts fine, idles fine, when I start moving, up to 1000 rpms, check engine light comes on with the alarm. I shut it off, start it again start to go and after the 1000 rpm, it starts bogging, and the check engine light comes on again. After many tries and draining water from gas and turning engine on and off it starts moving normal like nothing happened. Now it won't start and I don't hear the fuel pump priming when I turn the ignition on
