Motor will not start when tilted down in the water but if you trim all the way up it will start instantly.Boat techs say they have never heard of anything like this!I figure it almost has to be something to do with fuel in carbs but wondering if you have a guess or solution.Afraid too many times starting it this way may ruin water pump/impeller.I always shut it down quickly and then tilt it into water and restart it.
