My 1999 evinrude motor stops suddenly and can't figure out why. It will run for a bit then stop, but it always starts right back up no hesitation. Know It's not a spark plug problem. The gas ball isn't hard at all time, but even when I squeeze it to make it so the motor still just kills. If anyone knows what might be the problem, please help.
