Starts great then will only run 2000rpms for about 15 minutes running across the river, then stop to fish 10 min and then restart and it runs perfect at full rpm the rest of the day. Replaced fuel tank, fuel hose, fuel filter, plugs, all 3 coils and use only ethanol free gas. Batteries show 12.4 and stay charged. Any idea?
