Hello, We have had this outboard for a few months. It has sometimes been very difficult to start and has just shut off randomly at low speeds. Lately it sounds like it's not getting fuel and bogging. The power will fluctuate without turning the handle. Slows itself down with handle at full throttle. Carb fuel filter lines tank are brand new same with spark plugs and wires. Idle has been adjusted and starts easier now. I don't know what could be causing the power problem. Any ideas what to check next? Thank you
