Hello my first time here I'm tooboocoo and am having a problem with the throttle roller timing arm getting stuck when I go wot when I back off of wot the motor dosent slow down it gets stuck at wot and I have to turn off the boat and move the roller manually to got the roller unstuck my question is why is it getting stuck and how do I fix it thanks
