It Will not start. It fires briefly with engine starter spray. Moter sat for 4 years. Ran ok but all the o-ring went bad and leaked gas everywhere. Replaced all o-ring and rebuilt carbs.
When you press the ignition switch you can hear the solenoid engage.
There are no more gas leaks. I suspect the fuel pump is bad but don't know how to check it or what to do next.
