I have a 25 hp 2 stroke evinrude that has an electric start. So the issue im noticing is that when I give it throttle the carb doesn't open up to allow air in. it gets gas but doesn't get air. I don't know what mechanism is suppose to open up the air intake on the carburetor. Any ideas? or can you point me in the right direction to trouble solve?
