I have a few questions. Let me start by saying I appreciate any help.
Can you recommend the best place to obtain a Service Manual. *pdf is ok.
One of the issues I'm having is keeping the motor running at low idle. Also, the engine won't start without a little throttle.
I have purchased a Carb kit. I have some "basic" experience with smaller outboards. I really would like to find a step by step on cleaning the carbs.
The engine is on a 17ft Nitro Bass Boat. The boat is pretty heavy in the rear, (4 batteries). The boat takes a while to plane and many time struggles porpoising. Would you recommend a Hydrofoil or Smart Tabs? Dont want to break the bank but would love to get on plane faster. I'm not really concerned with losing a few MPH.
