1991 yamaha 150 vmax

Runs fine for awile and then it starts shuddering its always the same distance. It won't let me get on plan maybe a hair above idel.only after running the same distance. I changed, fuel pumps,water pump,thermostats,fuel line flushed and cleaned the tank,carb kits,primer ball, plugs, coil packs,added a in line fuel pump, checked compression it's good, checked reads they seem fine. The oil pump was deleted I'm running 50.1 mix

Check the spark going to your plugs to see if they all are getting the same spark. On Yamahas the cdi controls spark on certain plugs not sure which ones on a 150 I had a 90hp Yamaha that would only go 2500rpms and the center plug was not getting full spark because of a bad cdi once i changed it no problem to get on plane. WARNING the cdi was expensive $600 was for the part.
