Engine starts and runs fine until you stop and go fishing then will only restart by taking the engine cover off and using the throttle linkage while someone else cranks the engine over. Once started it runs and idles perfect until you shut it off. Then you have to use linkage to start again. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
