This started last year. Engine starts fine and idles fine. Once I move the throttle, there is no engine response until I get about 2/3rds throttle, it spools up like a turbine engine, and takes off. Once it takes off, I have fine tune capability to increase or decrease speed. If I stop and go to zero, or idle, it's the same thing again to get her moving again. I can guess a few different things but I don't want to throw parts, money, and time at it and have it not be the issue. Have you heard of this before or have any thoughts on the issue?
