I have to attempt to start the motor a minimum of four or five times before the motor starts to barley idle, even still cuts of a few times after that . When I finally have the boat respectfully running it bogs out and the rpm's run high almost like the prop is slipping and not allowing me to move. I'm not familiar with boats actually a true novice to boating, any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
