1986 Evinrude 70 HP will not start. I replaced the selenoid coils, the actual selenoid, and spark plugs. I had it started in my yard with the hose hooked up to it and it ran for 5 minutes then a loud beep noise went off inside the throttle control where the key start switch is. The electric start no longer works so i have to use jumper cables to start the engine. The fly wheel turns very slow. Anyone have any ideas?
