Timer base was gummed up, stuck all the way to the left. I added a little lubricant and moved it back and forth by hand till it moved easily. Now it's like it's spring loaded automatically going to the right. When is started the motor is just goes to super hi rev. I have to pull it back to the left to get the RPMs to idle speed. I don't know how these wotk. What id forcing it to go to the right with engine off. How do I fix this? Thank you
