My 1979 90hp inline 6 tower of power won't go into forward after I dropped the lower end and changed the water pump.. I can't even move it to forward manually but I can get neutral and reverse perfectly fine, I've been working on this motor for awhile now and this is the only thing stopping me from putting my boat project in the water for the first time any help would be greatly appreciated !!
