Restoring an old boat and the motor turns on and idles like its brand new.(1978 70 hp Evinrude) I have replaced power pack kitted and cleaned the carbs. But when I go to take off and I push throttle forward it starts to bog down and dies. But if I push the key in and choke it and then push throttle forward it takes off and runs like nothing is wrong with it. Any thoughts?
