1967 Johnson 40HP model RDS-29E

Missing parts! Can anyone with this or similar engine help me with a picture of the cam follower roller so I can see what parts I am missing? My roller just flops around and is not contacting the armature plate. I think I am missing a spring and maybe some linkage. Also, engine runs but I can't find the timing marks. Thanks.
