I own a 115hp evinrude 81 model outboard that is struggling to reach full rpm, it has been recently serviced with a new power pack and coils have been replaced, when the engine is tilted into the water petrol is leaking from it , put when I open the cover of the engine no leaks are to be seen, can anyone give any ideas on where I should start thanks, it also sounds like it's missing a beat,
