After running up river on plain for around 15 minutes, engine starts cutting out like running out of fuel. it will idle fine. I try to go again and it spits and sputters. I have changed all fuel filters, ran on a remote tank same thing. I take off the engine hood and will run again and gains 200 to 250 rpms higher at full throttle. I'm at my wits end.
