I have a 2002 180 fisherman, replaced washdown pump. I can hear the pump running, but no water comes up. i reached down and checked the seacock and it seems to only turn about a quarter of an inch either way. seems to be pretty difficult to get to the hose . I'm trying to get the intake hose off, and test it with a bucket of water to see if it pulls the water. Anyone with any suggestions, and know any tricks to get to this stuff more easily would be greatly appreciated
