I replaced the batteries in my boat and in a hurry accidentally switched the leads. I fixed it and replaced all the burnt fuses including the ones under the cowl, 2 80amp. Once everything was fixed and I gave it power the power tilt would not stop running down. The only way to make it stop is hold the raise button on the engine. It would not raise but it would stop going down. I also started the engine at this time and then the engine would not shut off even with the kill switch. Any help is appreciated.
