I have a Suzuki 4 stroke that has given me fits, after spending approx. $3000 on trying to fix a problem, now I took the boat out and when I increase the speed over 4k rpm the boat sort of chokes and slows down until I pull back on lever. Seems to be a little better if I slowly ease lever forward. I just had an electric fuel pump installed to remedy other problem. The same problem happens regardless which tank I use.
