I overheated my 120hp last night on the garden hose. I am a new boater/owner. The loud alarm went off but I ran it for at least 2 more minutes. I Shut it off when it started to RPM high. What should I look for before restarting the motor? Please help with any ideas I hope it is not to late I have not even got to put the but in the water yet.
