Just bought this motor on a pontoon. Put the "ears" on the lower unit, started the motor, noticed immediately it was not "peeing" and shut it down. Need to know if the motor is not peeing, does that mean that it is not pumping water? Don't want to fry the motor, and am looking for any helpful info and possible solutions....
