Ok fellas i have a 25hr merc and i just got it out of the boat shop today oh its a 85 model and i just replaced every single electrical part on it for except the kill switches carb has been redon. And went to test it and it ran like a new one then after it got warmed up good it died well it stared right back up then died again and its got fire gas i dont no what esles to do not sure if it has a heat sencer and that may be going bad water pumps awsomethe only thing left is the kill switches and a compression check any thoughts fellas
