Motor starts and runs at idle easily. It will run smooth until you start to accelerate and about 3000rpm it starts missing and will not go over 3000 .
It then begins to lose rpm and if you throttle back it will run at 1000rpm or less.
If you cut switch off and restart motor and try to accelerate it again go up to about 3000 and again starts missing shaking and slows down until I throttle back.
