I have a 1996 Merc 2 stroke that is having some issues. The motor starts regularly but when I put the throttle down it just seems like the motor is bogged down. Eventually it "catches" and it'll get going and gets me up on plane. However when it's running wide open it hesitates a little giving a lurching feeling. Any idea what it could be? I feel like it's related to the gas somehow. Thanks!
