The engine first time it goes on the water its only running on half power after you fisk for awile you start it and it runs fine. I replace the ignition system all but the detonation box idle stabilizer and coils..trigger,stator ,both boxes wher replacedand new plugs. Compression is good fuel psi is good. It has a shift interrupter switch. Replaced key switch there was no power on purp6 wire to EFI im puzzled I have worded on plenty of these engines but never had this kinda problem
