Low rpms in starboard engine

by Evan
(Cumming Ga)

I have a 2000 Sea Ray Sundancer 340.
My starboard engine, a Mercruiser EFI V8, 260 HP
has lost rpms. Will only go up to 3200 RPMs at full throttle. My port engine is fine.
Temp, oil pressure, battery readings are fine on both engines.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

Low RPM's

You might consider the cam lobes are wore down. This is very common with this engine. Unfortunately replacing the cam requires pulling the engine and removing the oil pan due to the configuration of the timing chain cover.
