The engine starts fine and revs right up while in neutral, but after closing choke and shifting into Forward the engine bogs down noticeably, never really revving to full throttle and only pushes the boat to about half the speed it use to. Throttle cable appears to move fully and freely when testing it without the engine running. No changes to boat weight or structure since I first got the engine. Uses same non ethanol gas as large outboard with probably two refills this year, so fresh gas.
