fill tube for lower unit 2003 searay wknd 5.o Vollmer a outdrive

I just bought a 2003 searay weekender and the reserve gear oil reservoir tube is disconnected from the lower unit inside of the transom at the back of the engine causing a leak. Is there an easy way to reach and reconnect the 90 degree fitting
