Evinrude 150hp co,1992

I took my starter off before I had the new starter now I have to wire. I don't know where they go one is coming out of the top of the motor by the stator and I don't know if it's connected to the top of the cell annoyed with the other positive wires and the negative battery cable coming from the battery I don't know where it goes I think it goes on the block with the starter but I'm not sure
