Boat idles high sometimes and when hot won't start

Have sunk enough money in. Replaced fuel filter, IAC etc. starter and brand new tank of premium gas. But same problem before I paid all the money. Starts done when cold. Runs great. Then next time i take it out it revs high and won't start when hot. Inboard motor.
