Accessories go off when engine is started!

Was all working fine! Now when you start engine, 150 xr6 , all accessories go off! Bilge, horn, live well, depth finder! Shut off the engine and they work again! Battery seems to be clean and getting 12.3 volts! All fuses good! Please help !! Thanks John
